Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Wordwell, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Wordwell Provides
Wordwell is a vocabulary app built around a daily word ritual, pronunciation, examples, saved words, reminders, review, custom words, and practice modes. Features may change as the product improves.
Free and Premium Access
Wordwell may offer free features and paid Premium features. Premium may include expanded saved-word limits, review tools, custom-word capacity, practice modes, themes, widgets, archive access, or other features shown in the app.
Prices, trial availability, and included features are shown in the app before purchase and may vary by region or store.
Subscriptions and Billing
Purchases are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Wordwell does not process payment cards directly. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled through your app store account before the renewal deadline shown by Apple or Google.
- Manage iOS subscriptions in Apple ID subscription settings.
- Manage Android subscriptions in Google Play subscriptions.
- Refund requests must be submitted to Apple or Google.
- Restoring purchases requires the same store account used to buy.
User Responsibilities
- Use Wordwell for personal, lawful purposes.
- Do not copy, resell, or redistribute the app or its content.
- Do not attempt to bypass paid feature limits.
- Do not interfere with the app stores or purchase systems.
Content Accuracy
Wordwell aims to provide useful vocabulary content, but definitions, translations, examples, pronunciation, and review suggestions may contain errors. The app is for education and personal enrichment, not professional, legal, medical, or academic certification use.
Intellectual Property
Wordwell, its design, software, and original content are owned by Wordwell or its licensors. You may not use the app content for commercial purposes without written permission.
Privacy
Your use of Wordwell is also governed by the Privacy Policy.

App store purchases and downloads are also subject to Apple and Google terms:
Disclaimer
Wordwell is provided as is and as available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordwell disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wordwell will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or lost profit damages arising from use of the app.
Changes
Wordwell may update these Terms as the product changes. Continued use after updates means you accept the updated Terms.
